work out + 問題／細節；或 work out + 數字
可以說 work out the problem、work out the schedule，也可以說 work out how much it costs。主詞是事情時，常用 work out：Everything worked out.

work out a plan 指把方案討論到可執行。
I'll work out the total and send it to you.
我會把總額算好再傳給你。
work out the total 很自然地表示把數字算出來。

it'll work out 用來安定對方，指事情會有好的結果。
